About the Choir

The Cambridge Chamber Consort (C3) was formed by Ruth and Dan Sladden, who met whilst Choral Scholars at adjoining colleges in Cambridge (Clare and King's respectively). C3 is made up almost entirely of Cambridge Choral Scholars who have sung together in different choral groups for over twenty-five years. Renowned international conductor Timothy Brown regularly directs the choir.

Since its first concert in Ripon Cathedral in 2011, the choir has gone from strength to strength, singing for Sowerby Music, the Northern Aldborough Festival with Voces8 and at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford.
